When I began crafting this self-study program, I wanted to ensure it was your personal roadmap to managing fatigue, a companion tailored to guide you step by step at your own pace. It's based on my signature one-to-one coaching course, that presents several different options regarding pacing. The beauty of it is that every module has been meticulously organized to build on the previous one, helping you to gradually gain a deep understanding of pacing techniques without feeling overwhelmed. As a dedicated coach with a rich background in fatigue management and healthcare, I bring a wealth of practical experience to the "Pacing for Fatigue Management: A Self-Study Course".
